Target Audience:
This activity will be directed to Emergency Department Medical and Nursing Directors and other ED leadership personnel who are seeking information to optimize the function of their departments.

After completing issues of ED Leadership Monthly, participants will be able to:

  • Identify new strategies for improving patient satisfaction and incorporate them into practice.
  • Implement new technological solutions to improve efficiency and patient safety.

Description:
The Center for Medical Education offers a two-credit content-specific monthly CD series. Participants may receive CD via mail, or he/she has the option of downloading the audio online through the website. A supplementary summary in pdf format is also provided. Participants complete an online CME Evaluation/Attestation form in order to receive CME credits.
