Target Audience:
This activity will be directed to Emergency Department Medical and Nursing Directors and other ED leadership personnel who are seeking information to optimize the function of their departments.
Educational Objectives:
After completing issues of ED Leadership Monthly, participants will be able to:
- Discuss ED leadership issues and implement new strategies for operational improvement.
- Identify new strategies for improving patient satisfaction and incorporate them into practice.
- Implement new technological solutions to improve efficiency and patient safety.
Description:
The Center for Medical Education offers a two-credit content-specific monthly CD series. Participants may receive CD via mail, or he/she has the option of downloading the audio online through the website. A supplementary summary in pdf format is also provided. Participants complete an online CME Evaluation/Attestation form in order to receive CME credits.
